30 Day Internet Return PolicyYour satisfaction is our first concern so if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your internet purchase you can return any unused item without custom engraving or sizing in its original new condition within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special order items, which include rings sized smaller than 6 and larger than a size 7. Please note that the above return policy applies to Internet purchases only. Please note that if there is any damage to your purchase you must notify us by E-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after receipt of the merchandise.
Return Instructions: When we receive your return and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in a matter of days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Control department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without a receipt or items that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused for return. Be sure to include all packaging and collateral material, including diamond certificates. A $250 fee will be charged if the diamond certificate is not returned. Ship your return item via the US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of your purchase.
